Great place for Seniors to gather. Friendly people. Staff go out of their way to accommodate You, making You feel comfortable while there. The lunches are Good too.

Great New Center, we played a dance for them 🎶🕺💃 Staff was pleasant and helpful. Was have a Chili Cook-off. Some excellent Chili 🌶️🍲🥣 there was a uke group did a couple tunes👍🎶

Wanted to see the new building and facilities. Impressive. Super friendly front desk, Lynn, gave us a tour and talked about all the classes they offer. Different types of yoga, mat pilates, line dancing, learn bridge or euchre, and many more. If you know someone of retirement age, they really should check out this place. It was very busy when we stopped in. They even offer a congregate meal Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays if you know a senior that would benefit. Impressive facility and offerings for the seniors of Grand Traverse county.

I love the classes they offer. The instructors and staff are great as well. The beach behind the building is a bonus. I went to a chair yoga class 3/7th. The instructor was amazing. I went today, the 14th and it was someone different. I didn't enjoy it as much. Going to try other classes as well. I love this place!
